Dan is a seasoned investor and operator with over a decade of experience in private equity, investment banking, and business management. Before founding Sundream, he led growth and turnaround initiatives across multiple industries. Dan founded Sundream to bring together the best HVAC and Plumbing service businesses in the Southeast under one high-performing platform. He leads the company's strategic growth, acquisitions, and long-term value creation efforts.
Zel Crampton
President
Zel Crampton is an experienced operator and entrepreneur with a track record of building and scaling high-performing businesses. Before joining Sundream, he founded and grew Diggs, a leading pet products brand, into a national success. At Sundream, Zel oversees operations, brand strategy, and post-acquisition integration across all portfolio companies, bringing a hands-on leadership style and a relentless focus on operational excellence.
Dave Koerper
Chief Operating Officer
Dave is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in implementation, business transformation, and process optimization. Before joining Sundream, he held leadership roles in operations and consulting at McKinsey & Co. and at Westpoint Military Academy, where he specialized in helping organizations scale efficiently through disciplined systems and execution. At Sundream, Dave oversees operations and performance improvement across all portfolio brands, ensuring that each business achieves excellence through consistent processes, accountability, and data-driven management.
Jessica Heller
Director of Finance & Operations
Jessica brings a broad and accomplished background to Sundream HVAC, with nearly two decades of accounting experience, five years in human resources, four years managing fleet operations, and two years in operations leadership. Her career includes key administrative roles supporting both staff and executive teams. She has overseen financial and payroll processes, implemented HR policies and compliance measures, coordinated multi-state fleet and logistics needs, and supported the development of efficient operational systems. Jessica leverages this diverse expertise to enhance internal infrastructure, strengthen administrative functions, and support the continued growth and stability of the organization.
